I authorize 54° north solutions GmbH to collect payments from my account by direct debit. Mandatory information before placing your order

You're ordering Kiivoo on the Starter plan. The first month is a free trial month — no base fee; a one-time 0.01 € net (0.01 € incl. 19% VAT) is charged for verification (non-refundable). During the trial month you can cancel anytime without notice; in that case no further costs arise and there is no minimum-term commitment. From month 2 the base fee is 14.99 € net (17.84 € incl. 19% VAT) per month. The minimum term of 3 months begins only after the trial month. The sales commission below on net revenue generated via Kiivoo also applies during the trial month, insofar as sales are generated via Kiivoo. The AI consultations are included in the base fee; no usage-based conversation fees apply. In addition, a 4% sales commission on net revenue generated via Kiivoo is charged and billed separately. The contract renews automatically for a further 3 months each time unless cancelled by the end of the respective term.
